Once you hit 'SEND MESSAGE' on my inquire form you will get a response from within 1-3 days confirming my availability for your date and some general questions about location or if you have any special ideas for your session. If you're inquiring about a wedding or elopement I will confirm availability but also schedule an initial phone call/zoom meeting where we can get to know each other and chat about your special day!
time to book!
Once we have decided date, time, and location I will send over a proposal that will include your invoice and contract for you to look over and review. You can also ask me any questions and ask for any vendor referrals you may need! Once you have signed the contract and sent in your non-refundable retainer fee YOU ARE BOOKED!
day of session/event
I will arrive at our agreed upon location, chat with you a bit and give you my "signature spiel" and we will get started. No worries about knowing how to pose or feeling awkward, just come with an open mind and let me do the rest! After the session or event you will receive a few sneak peeks to hold you over and the rest of the gallery will be sent to you within the next 4-8 weeks!
FAQ
How do you photograph weddings?
I love getting to know a couple before the big day because it really helps to inform me about what you as a couple find most important. I like to develop this relationship through the engagement photo session which is why I include a complimentary engagement session in each wedding package. This helps to not only get great photos you can use in the wedding but also get you as the couple comfortable with my shooting style and direction. I will also send you a questionnaire that will help me get to know you more and what parts of your day you would like me to focus on the most. I will also help you organize a timeline for your day (this is especially important if the couple is getting ready in different locations), the best moments for the couple photos, and inform you on different lighting situations. I also LOVE receiving save-the-dates, invitations, etc. in the mail because those details help me tell the story of your big day. On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique. That's why I will make time for the traditional but will prioritize the candid.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive 20-30 sneak peeks within 48 hours of your wedding day in an online gallery link. You will then get the rest of your wedding photos within 6-8 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story).
For lifestyle portrait sessions I typically finish editing your gallery within 2-4 weeks depending on how busy the season the photo session occurs. You can also request a quicker turnaround if your photos are time sensitive for a rush-fee.
When your photos are complete you will receive a gallery link where you can choose your favorites and download your photos from. You can also share your link!
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm Colorado based but YES! I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place, but no worries, I always try to find the best and cost effective way to travel and arrive ready to capture your big day!

How many pictures will we receive?
For a 8 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 400 to 600 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
For lifestyle portrait sessions each package contains the amount of hi-res images you will be able to download from your gallery which ranges from 15-45 images.
